The Commission's rules are found in Arizona Administrative Code Title 14. In Decision No. 78544 (April 28, 2022), Attachment A, § IV, the Commission adopted a process to review its existing rules, every 5 years, to determine whether any rule should be amended or repealed. Most notably, the Commission will review each rule section for legal authority; effectiveness; consistency with the law and other rules; current enforcement status; clarity, conciseness, and understandability; and economic impacts. The Commission will also describe and analyze any written criticisms of the rules received within the past 5 years.
