The Commission's rules are found in Arizona Administrative Code Title 14. In Decision No. 78544 (April 28, 2022), Attachment A, § IV, the Commission adopted a process to review its existing rules, every 5 years, to determine whether any rule should be amended or repealed. Most notably, the Commission will review each rule section for legal authority; effectiveness; consistency with the law and other rules; current enforcement status; clarity, conciseness, and understandability; and economic impacts. The Commission will also describe and analyze any written criticisms of the rules received within the past 5 years.

This form allows interested persons to submit public comments concerning specific Commission rules. To ensure that your comment is routed correctly, please be sure to reference the specific rule section and subsection (for example, R14-2-101 or R14-2-101(B)) that your comment discusses.
